Shaun has more than 15 years’ experience working in public practice as well as acting as V-CFO in multiple industries including health, entertainment, construction, and IT. In public practice, Shaun’s experience ranges from structuring/ tax advice and business services to advisory engagements including monthly reporting, financial forecasts, and valuations.

Known for his outside the box thinking and client first mentality, Shaun has become an integral part of his clients’ finance team and the first call made when making a business decision.

Shaun’s modus operandi is to be the trusted advisor for business owners through all stages of business; from humble beginnings, through ramp-up stage and to maturity.

Pam Munro

Pam brings a wealth of experience in the field of Finance to Sal’s House. Her extensive background in Bookkeeping, Office Management, and Human Resources across various industries suggests a well-rounded expertise. Being a registered BAS agent and Commissioner of Declarations further highlights her commitment to professional standards and attention to detail.

Pam’s can-do attitude, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities make her a valuable asset in optimising business processes. Markeeta is a highly experienced and dedicated Account Manager for Bookkeeping at Sal’s House. Her 15 years of bookkeeping experience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset to both the business and its clients.

Markeeta has the ability to form close professional relationships by treating all clients and tasks with the same level of importance, she ensures a high standard of service across the board. Alvin Yap

Alvin finished his Bachelor of Commerce ( Accounting)/ Bachelor of International Business, Diploma of Languages (Chinese)  at Griffith University. Alvin started working in public accounting in 2019 locally on the Gold Coast before joining Sal’s House. Alvin assists and supports managers, senior accountants, and the firm with their client’s work. Concurrently, Alvin is learning and gaining valuable experience in accounting and business operations.
 
Alvin enjoys being in such a supportive working environment. At Sal’s House there is a great mentorship program to help Alvin grow his skills and knowledge. With the support of the entire Sal’s House team.
 
Alvin enjoys watching and playing basketball with friends, spending quality time with family and friends, and trying out new food and different flavours of bubble tea!
